Thank you for posting photos of the Fall River Ames/Zayre store. I spent so much time in that store while Zayre and then Ames. I was just in the Cranston store today (now a building 19) and was flooded with memories of this store. The cranston store looks more like Zayre inside, and they still have the big brown coils from the heating/air conditioning that made so much noise!

Thanks for a trip down memory lane! I wish this store was still open! Sadly now that National Wholesale Liquidators went out of business the building got a face lift as it becomes Burlington Coat Factory.
